Discreet shipping
Every order ships in plain, unbranded packaging with no reference to BongHub or the contents on the outside. Your privacy matters to us. A return address is included for undeliverable packages, but it does not indicate what's inside.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships. Because we source from trusted third-party vendors, processing may occasionally take longer during restocks — we'll always keep you updated.
Shipping times
Standard shipping typically arrives within 3–7 business days after processing, depending on your location. Tracking is provided for every order so you can follow your package from our vendor to your door.
Returns & damages
Glass is fragile. If your item arrives broken or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage and we'll make it right. Because of the nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns for change of mind — but if there's a problem with your order, reach out via the Contact page and we'll help.
Age requirement
All customers must be 21 or older to purchase. Age is verified at checkout. BongHub products are intended for tobacco and legal use only.
